Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt Unsweetened
  • 1 Piece Large Egg Divided (1 For Egg Wash).
  • 1 1/2 Cups Old-fashioned Oats
  • 2 To 4 Tablespoons Beef Broth
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven To 350°F. Two Baking Sheets Should Be Lined With Parchment Paper.
  • Combine Yogurt And Eggs Until Well Mixed.
  • Mix In The Oats, And Allow To Sit For 5 Minutes. The Moisture Will Be Absorbed By The Oats.
  • Mix The Flour With The Water Until Well Combined. It Will Be Crumbly.
  • Add Enough Beef Broth To Make The Dough Hold Together But Not Too Stiff. I Used Three Tablespoons.
  • Add The Cheddar Cheese.
  • The Dough Should Be Rolled To A Thickness Of 3/8 Inches And Then Cut Into The Desired Shapes. I Used A 3-inch Long, Bone-shaped Cookie Cutter. To Use The Entire Dough, You Will Need To Roll It Out Again. Place Them On Parchment-lined Baking Sheets.
  • Mix The Remaining Egg With 2 Tablespoons Of Water To Make An Egg Wash. Use The Egg Wash To Brush The Biscuits.
  • Bake For 35 Minutes. Take Out Of The Oven And Let Cool.
  • Keep It In An Airtight Container And Freeze For A Few Days.
