  • 1 3/4 Cups Old-fashioned Oats (Rolled Oatmeal) Divided
  • 1/2 Piece Banana Cut Into 4 Chunks
  • 1/4 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Piece Egg

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven To 350°F
  • Use Parchment Paper To Line A Baking Sheet Or Use A Greased Baking Sheet.
  • Place 1/2 Cup Of The Oats Into A Food Processor Or Chopper. Blend Until You Have A Fine Flour Texture. Transfer To A Medium-sized Bowl.
  • Place The Banana, Yogurt, And Egg In A Food Processor Or Chopper.
  • Mix Until Smooth. Scrape Down The Bowl And Continue To Process If Necessary.
  • Mix All Ingredients In A Bowl. Add Oat Flour To The Bowl. Mix In 1/4 Cup (Unground) Oats.
  • Stir Together.
  • Take 1 Tablespoon Of The Mixture And Form Into Balls.
  • Flatten Using The Tines Of A Knife In A Crisscross Pattern.
  • Bake For 15 Minutes To Get A Soft Center.
  • Let Cool On A Baking Sheet.
  • Keep It In An Airtight Container For A Few More Days, Or In The Fridge/Freezer For A Longer Time.
